February 2009 will mark the month of the first International Social Action Film Festival. The whole world will be able to tune into unique and innovative short films to recognise the good being done to benefit others around the world.
The film makers will be telling their story of the crucial work and social actions both individuals and organisations are taking to solve social problems.
The festival is being developed by Legacy XXI throughout the US, Europe, South America, Asia, Africa and Australia. It will feature screenings and discussions about local social actions that people and organisations have engaged in that create a positive cultural shift in the community in which they took place.
An expert led discussion will tie the event up and the festival will conclude with the much acclaimed feature length film, Wardance.
