I’m sure most of the world has been told about or heard the tunes of  JAY REATARD. If you haven’t you must be living under a rock (ed: if you’re not as punk-rawk as Mr. Ezzzy then click here to read up on the Jay Reatard). I can only say good things about this flat black piece of plastic.

Side A starts off with the infamous Blood Visions track and sets your heart rate running at ten times its normal pace. Frantic drums, fast paced guitars and lyrics so simple but so fun to rock out to it makes you wonder how something this cool can be confined to wax.

Featuring a bunch of demos from his 2006 release Blood Visions (In The Red), the Blood Demos 7″ bulges with noisy pop tunes from start to finish. Not only are the tracks money-worthy, but this 7″ is being released by Melbourne label Stained Circles who have brought out music from acts such as UV Race, The Dirtbombs and Eddy Current Suppression Ring. By buying this mini-album not only are you getting some awesome tracks but you’re also supporting some great Australian music and thereby Making Stuff Good.

About The Author: Ezzzy

This kid knows how to draw, paint, print make, cuss, yell, play keyboard, play air guitar and drums among other things. Born half yakk, half man-child he was raised by a herd of wild sheep in the hunter valley of Spew South Whales, Australia (hence his slight case of retardation), he now lives in Melbourne. DO NOT call this kid Ezzzy Attack… a kick in the loins will promptly follow if this happens.
