[UK] Got Spam?
comment 3 Comments Written by George Ironside on December 2, 2008 – 8:42 am

There are many challenges when it comes to spam; primarily, trying to keep the shit down. So if you are like me and feel that SPAM owes you some sort of financial reimbursement for years of childhood trauma then enter THE HEAP SPAM CHALLENGE for your chance to win £500!

So how does one go about swapping Spam-related trauma for cash? Easy, entrants are required to create a unique sculpture entirely out of spam cans. This does not mean everyone needs to spend their hard earned recession dollars on 400 cans of tinned spam as Hormel Foods supply the empty cans on request. I suppose if they didn’t there would only be one entry from a man called Henry the Hobo (editor’s note: this is not true, spam aykroyd, spam zemanek and spamfromspiderbait would also have entered).

What makes this competition read off the charts on our ‘rad-o-meter’ is that you can team up with pals to create a SUPER-SPAM-ERIFIC piece of work.

Entries close on the 31st of December 2008, so visit spam-uk.com for details on how to stick it to the can.
