Zeahorse are a four piece band from Sydney which formed in the town of Lismore, the psychedelic capital of NSW. Some call it grunge and others call it punk but to them it’ really just a bunch of friends playing honest jams.

Taking influences from the 80s post hardcore scene and a select group of grunge bands from the 80s and 90s Zeahorse deliver a raucous live show filled with heavy trips of spontaneous energy. Disappointed with the way popular music is today Zeahorse don’t give a fuck about the next short fad because its simply just not what they’re about, to them that’s not music, it’s a joke! “Were more interested with the way music sounds rather than the way it looks.”

With an upcoming tour to Melbourne and a long list of shows booked up and down the east coast Zeahorse are set to devastate every venue they play, and no matter where they play, they will always deliver an honest, loud and aggressive show.

Zeahorse will be performing 5 shows during their visit to Melbourne, before they head home to work on their first E.P. so you can see them, and see them again, and again, and again AND, AGAIN!

  1. great news, thanks for sharing! they are a really awesome band, I love their sound.

  2. Man!! I saw these boys while they were down and they’re music blew me away! There were times I felt a nostalgic resemblence to other songs by other bands, but nothing I could my finger on. Their sounds are fresh and raw. And I spent the next day jamming to their songs in my head! Awesome to meet you guys, good luck with your tour and keep us posted on your e.p..
    Lots of love, Dil.x.
