Do you like slurpees? Do you want free slurpees? Well on Saturday November 7 get a big group of friends together, go into any 7-Eleven store between 7 am and 11 pm and politely yell ‘Happy 7-Eleven Day’ to the friendly cashier to get yours for free.
This year 7-Eleven is injecting some fun and colour into 7-Eleven day with a free slurpee competition. Take a photo of you and your mates wearing 7-Eleven colours (red, orange and green) in-store, on the day to win a year’s supply of free slurpees!
For more information about 7-Eleven Day or the compeition, head over to the 7-Eleven Day Facebook to stay updated.
What: Happy 7-Eleven Day
When: Saturday November 7, between 7 am and 11 pm (I see what you did there, 7-Eleven)
Where: Any 7-Eleven store
How: Go into 7-Eleven and obnoxiously shout ‘Happy 7-Eleven Day’ at the service attendant

Cant believe it has already been 1 year since last SLURPY DAY!!! Refreshing news!!!
Yep its amazing! It was one of our very early posts. So WMSG has been around for a little while now. Both 2 amazing things to be happy about!
& just a small reminder to 2 snap n send in photos of your 7-Eleven Day adventures to http://slurpee.com.au. Win years supply of FREE slurpees
We visited 5 7 Eleven stores. Some of them would not give out any slurpees because the “mix was not ready”. Good tactic to avoid giving some kids which were looking forward to this day all year a free slurpee. And others that did give away slurpees, gave away something that was a sludgey watery mix that was below standard quality and just awful. What a let down 7 Eleven! If you’re going to promote something, do it properly and be prepared for it. Do a better job and train your operators to achieve higher standards of service next time. Have you ever heard of not promising anything you can’t deliver? Poor effort.
Shame on 7-11 Williamstown for not letting my daughter and niece have a free slurpie. They were told that it ended at 2pm. Poor form you tightwads. I will now be taking my 7-11 shopping to the outlet in Yarraville. Disgraceful.
